      This plugin connects to the ChatBuster API (https:\/\/api.chatbuster.com by default) to provide its chat, catalog, and knowledge-base features. The plugin will not function without an active license key issued by ChatBuster.<\/p>\n

      The plugin sends the following data to the ChatBuster API:<\/p>\n

      • Chat endpoint (POST \/chat<\/code>):<\/strong> the visitor’s chat message, an anonymized session id, and the current page URL. Used to generate the AI response.<\/li>\n
      • Session endpoint (POST \/session<\/code>):<\/strong> an anonymized session id, used to mint a short-lived chat token.<\/li>\n
      • Catalog sync (POST \/woo\/sync<\/code>):<\/strong> product names, descriptions, prices, SKUs, categories, and tags from your WooCommerce store. Used so the assistant can answer questions about your catalog.<\/li>\n
      • Indexed pages (GET\/POST\/DELETE \/pages<\/code>, POST \/pages\/retry<\/code>):<\/strong> URLs you choose to index plus their fetched page content. Used to build the knowledge base.<\/li>\n
